Margaret Garstka , a Board Certified Physician Assistant , completed her training at Midwestern University in 1997. Prior to PA school, she worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Christ Hospital for nearly 20 years. She joined our practice immediately upon her graduation but retired early so as to assist her own family members with their health issues. She has since rejoined our group as she has a passion for pulmonary medicine. She has been an advocate for patient care and patient education. Her strength is her background in respiratory therapy having worked in all ICU's and the Pulmonary Function Lab. She has special interest in sleep medicine and implemented her own CPAP clinic.
